Hi, I'm Martin Couell, an Australian-Ecuadorian biology teacher, resident in Ecuador since 2001 and owner of Selva Chi.

Selva Chi is a private nature reserve that is being converted into an environmental education centre. It contains natural rainforest habitat, orchards and the beginnings of an arboretum within walking distance of the beach. Your stay will be a significant part of its creation.
